Terrill "Terry" James Thompson, 59, passed away Friday, December 12, 2008 at St. Luke's Hospital after a brief illness.

Terry was born September 5, 1949 in Barberton, Ohio to Donald and Ruth (Johnson) Thompson. He graduated from Kenmore High School. He went to Mount Union College and earned his Masters Degree in Accounting from The University of Akron. Terry was an A1C in The United States Air Force. 

Terry was currently the Treasurer for Republic Development Corporation.

Friends will be received Wednesday, December 17, 2008 from 4-8 p.m. at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg (419-874-3133). Visitation will continue Thursday, December 18, 2008 from 10-11 a.m. at Grace United Methodist Church, 601 East Boundary, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551, where funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Dennis Ditto, officiating.
